From huge spa complexes with umpteen types of sauna and steam, right down to small saunas at backstreet gyms, this blog will cover them all both from first-hand reports and links to the web's best content.

Together we'll discover the odd quirks and special touches of the world's many saunas.

We know that across the globe there are different approaches to nudity. Some ban swimwear, some require it. And we know that some people prefer to bare all, and some prefer to be covered. Here, we'll focus on whether each sauna can be enjoyed in just a towel.
